We collect the information creators and fans choose to submit through Heartbleach, including creator profile details, nonprofit selections, email addresses, and waitlist interest.

How we use information

• To create and publish creator preview pages.
• To let fans join a creator's waitlist.
• To notify creators when fans join their waitlist.
• To improve the Heartbleach product and user experience.

Email and waitlist data

Fan email addresses are used to record waitlist interest for a specific creator circle and to communicate relevant launch updates. We do not use waitlist emails for unrelated outreach without permission.

Sharing and service providers

We may use trusted infrastructure and service providers to host the product, store data, and send operational emails. We do not sell personal information.
